About this work
LC Connect is a luxury virtual concierge web tool that provides a varied catalogue of assistance to clients and partners, which is why my client needed a dynamic and modern website in which to better understand how the tool works on both computers and portable devices.

The main challenge was to immerse the visitor and potential new customer in the operation of the virtual luxury concierge system and also:
- To create a website that is visually appealing, easy to use, informative, and secure.
- To increase the number of people who use LC Connect.
- To provide visitors with valuable information about LC Connect so that they can learn more about the service and decide if it is right for them.
The website lcconnect.net was developed in the following stages:
- Planning: Determine goals, target audience, and content. Use mockups to show how the system will work on PC and mobile.
- Design: Create layout, choose colors and fonts, design graphics. Use mockups to help with the design process.
- Development: Build the website by coding and testing. Use mockups to help with the development process.
- Testing: Test the website for functionality, design, and content. Use mockups to help with the testing process.
- Preview: Send the website to the client for feedback. Use the feedback to make final changes to the website.
- Launch: Make the website live on the internet.
We believe that by focusing on these goals, we have created a website that is both informative and user-friendly, and that will help to increase the number of people who use LC Connect. The result was a dynamic, attractive and modern website that conveys the personality of the app and company, as well as guiding new and existing users in the use of the app.
