Hotel Mar Inn is a new hotel located in Cali, Colombia. The hotel’s website is clean and simple, with a focus on allow the visitor doing their bookings online and providing clear and concise information about the hotel’s amenities and services. The website is also translated into several languages, making it accessible to a wider audience.

Goals and objectives

The main challenge was to immerse the visitor and potential new customer in the operation of the virtual luxury concierge system and also:

To create a website that is visually appealing, easy to use, informative, and secure.
To increase the number of people who use LC Connect.
To provide visitors with valuable information about LC Connect so that they can learn more about the service and decide if it is right for them.

Stages

The website lcconnect.net was developed in the following stages:

Planning: Determine goals, target audience, and content. Use mockups to show how the system will work on PC and mobile.
Design: Create layout, choose colors and fonts, design graphics. Use mockups to help with the design process.
Development: Build the website by coding and testing. Use mockups to help with the development process.
Testing: Test the website for functionality, design, and content. Use mockups to help with the testing process.
Preview: Send the website to the client for feedback. Use the feedback to make final changes to the website.
Launch: Make the website live on the internet.

Outcome
