The main challenge was to immerse the visitor and potential new customer in the operation of the virtual luxury concierge system and also:

  • To create a website that is visually appealing, easy to use, informative, and secure.
  • To increase the number of people who use LC Connect.
  • To provide visitors with valuable information about LC Connect so that they can learn more about the service and decide if it is right for them.
Stages

The website lcconnect.net was developed in the following stages:

Outcome
